1. Resumo e Abstract
Resumo: Novas idéias são apresentadas para a radiação
eletromagnética a refutarem tanto uma natureza ondulatória quanto corpuscular. O autor
esclarece alguns aspectos relativos à reação de radiação e às órbitas permitidas de
Bohr, temas estes sobre os quais a física moderna fica a nos dever explicações; e
sugere a existência de campos permeados por partículas reais, a contrastarem com a
natureza dual da "onda eletromagnética".

Abstract: News ideas are presented for the electromagnetic radiation
at to discord so much of a undulatory as well as of another corpuscular nature. The
author clears some aspects relative at the radiation reaction and at the allowed orbits of
Bohr, something still not explained by modern physics; and suggests the existence of
fields permeated by real particles, which contrast with the dual nature of the
electromagnetic wave.
